new sprite and mechanics for Manuee

I made new sprites for the game, some visual effects, a wall jump,  and added a new power-up, a type of bouncing projectile based on the fire flower and the super ball of Mario. I'll probably update the game some time this month. If you have any suggestions, just let me know.
