Some new mechanics and concept art for Manuee's adventure
I've been working on new mechanics for my game Manuee's adventure (the name is a place holder): crouch, slide and wall jump. There a video where you can see the new mechanics. You can only slide when going at max speed, I'm considering using it as an attack too. The wall jump work very similarly as in the New super Mario series, but that might change. The ideas of these new mechanics is giving the player more freedom and having more level design possibilities. You can request features if you want or leave our constructive criticism on the comments.
Also I drew some design for existing enemies, new ones and the main character. The art style of the game might charge and not be a ness style game anymore, I'm indecisive. What do you guys think about them. The game was originally made fo the Retrogradejam 4
