Yes, Gravity Storm comes out next week. I'll be honest with you, mentioning Silksong is just an engagement bait, it was a coincidence that they announced Silksong's release date after I announced mine. Many delayed their games to avoid being eclipsed by Silksong, but my game was delayed 5 times, I announced my release date before they announced theirs, and I am broke, so I am not changing it.  But yes, it is what it is.. 

I don't think Silksong is going to destroy my sales, but I do think it's going to affect them negatively; however, my game is quite different, it's a short and  linear platformer with a lower price tag, and Silksong isn't coming out on itchio. Despite this, you'd be surprised by the amount of people who comment joking that I'm releasing my game in the worst date and I am "brave", and well, it is what it is. I know I will still get those comments, but I just will somply copy-paste: 

"My game was delayed 5 times, I announced my release date before they announced theirs, and I am broke, so I am not changing it.  But yes, it is what it is."

And then I move on with my life. 

Oh, that's right, videogames are fun! Enjoy playing Gravity Storm and Silksong, internet melodrama is boring. Thanks for reading.
